Make sure it is all natural, non-hydrogenated peanut butter. The kind I get has 15 g of fat, 9 g of protein, 6 g of carbs, and 1 g of sugar. It also has no sodium.

Perfecttrainer,
Keep the diet tight! And good luck!

Piece of advice, when it's late and your hungry...stay away from the fridge...or eat a can of tuna and go to bed.

Aren't your tastebuds dead by now? I remember not really craving anything, just feeling like I was "dead", you know not really wanting anything just eating to "fill the quota" - my stomach was so shrunken at that point that I had a hard time eating enough. I lived on chicken breast, egg whites, the occasional small yam or brown rice and steamed broccoli and butternut squash puree. I know the puree sounds gross, but it was moist - filling - easy - and the squash was just sweet enough to kill my cravings for sugar. GOOD LUCK!!!!

Thick dog, 3 weeks out i reduce my carbs another 20%. Just to make sure im nice and dry. If im looking a little flat then i'll adjust my carbs accordingly.Dlady the peanut butter is definitely a aquestion mark , Fitness1 now this is only if your carbs are real low. If your hungry instead of peanut butter eat raw almonds or raw macadamia nuts. Dlady the thing that makes these fats a smarter choice is the fact that tey are high in dietary fiber and have less carbs than peanut butter. Everyone else thanks for the encouragement it's time to bring home that first place trophy
