I have seen't one full episode of Survior or the new Real World with David. I think the voyeur thing was cool the 1st few seasons of the Real World and Road Rules but I think whole idea is kinda played now.

I guess people are watching cause ratings don't lie. But I'm not. I was shocked 3 different radio stations this morning were talking about survior.

When The eal World first started coming on (about 8 years ago), I used to watch all the time because it was original and it was kinda like a soap opera to me. I loved the The Real World Los Angeles, because I used to want to fuck that Tammy Bitch. Now, like you said, with all these other networks jumping on the bandwagon with their versions, it's kinda played out. Every time I see that Black guy on the show, I want to reach my hand through the screen and choke his ass out. I think this is gonna be the last season.

I have never seen survivor (not even a minute) I saw a commercial for that one where there all locked up in a room - big brother I think. Haven't seen real world in a coouple years.

I have'nt seen Survivor yet either. I wanted to watch it last night but ended up going out to a steak restaurant. That takes precedence over a TV show. Next week, I'll try and find one that delivers.

Shit Show I know your in thr BIZ but I rarely watch the thing. If I do it A&E, TLC, Discovery. Learn me something. Shit I read all the time and bullshit with you guys. I turn the TV on and it like they wrote the shit for a 11 year old. Can't deal with it.
The road rule sucks - its so shitty.
Survivor is the biggest joke - let me drop them some were - can you say dead duck.
That other MTV show - seemed like I was watching High school and they are in college.

Man I finally got so sick of hearing about Kenny I asked someone and they asked if I lived in a box and wouldn't tell me.

I'll be honest, other than news and sports, the only first run programing I make it a point to watching on TV these days is wrestling and the fox prime-time cartoons i.e. Simpsons, King of the Hill, Family Guy, Southpark(well that's on Comedy Central). And the Sopranos and Oz are great shows but they come on HBO so I don't know if they count.

I unfortunatly watched real world when the remote was too far out of my reach and I was in lazy ass mode. Never watched survivor.
Davidg: Yeah that brunette chick on popular is fine.
I love cartoons like the Simpsons, Family Guy, Futurama, South Park. They make me roll on the floor. I still watch my old favorites like Garfield too.

Don't have cable, I think we are the last family in America. Don't need cable. Don't want cable. My kids are only allowed to watch PBS or PAX or channels of that sort or the videos I have bought them or programs that I approve. I can't watch daytime TV because the kids are home. By the evening I'm so tired and so disinterested in what the Boob Tube has to offer that we keep the thing on for dim light ......

So I have no idea what you all are talking about!

BTW anything on PBS, the Learning Channel and Discovery Channel do way better. They've got more money for production. See, there are some educational benifits to cable.

Those two shows suck. Don't waste my time. BM, your children could benefit from alot of different cable channels. Discovery, A&E, History, etc... Alot of BS on TV, but I've learned alot of things from it that I didn't in a class room, alot more entertaining also.

My kids are a little too old for Barney, Thank God! Besides, Teletubbies came and took over that market. There is Arthur, Reading Rainbow, Dragon Tales and my person favorite - God! I LOVE THAT SHOW - SESAME STREET!!!

I know TLC and Discovery and History Channel would be great, but with all the other garbage options I'm afraid the risks would not justify the benefit. I mean, I could just see my 4 year old flicking through and seeing to neked adults going at it - Yes, my children do know where babies come from, but I don't think they need that info illustrated in graphic detail just yet!

We just got RCN digital here, for cheaper than regular cable. Now when I'm bored I gotta say "We got over 300 friggin channels and nothin good is on." I found my first porn when I was round 4-5, didn't know what was goin on but found it. I turned out all right except for the fact that I'm perverted. Teletubbies. Aw man I'd like to get a hold of the shrooms the guy, that made that show, was on when he came up with that idea. Wonder if he seen teddy bears at the time too. Sesame street gives children a bad image of what real life is like. They portray that living in trash cans is all right. And everyone wonders why Oscar is always mad. HE LIVES IN A FRIGGIN TRASH CAN FOR GOD'S SAKE!!!! I'd be pissed off all the time too, if I lived in a trash can.
