I would be interested in hearing your reasoning, and facts for that statement? Was it just said out of personal belief or do you have anything to back that up?

Though I am a non practicing Catholic I can not see how anyone can claim that the Catholic church is a non christian church, and if you can I would appreciate some evidence...Considering how it is that the first two Recognized and named Christian Churches were the Eastern Orthodox and The Roman Catholic Church, or am I mistaken in that statement???Perhaps What I learned in History as well as church was wrong or maybe you have a different idea what a Christian is...I always thought a Christian was a person that Believes Jesus Christ was the Son of God who died so that the sins of men and women would be forgiven.

I also thought the root words to Catholic was (kata) and (holos) which is Greek. Meaning according to the whole or "Universial" and considering that this term was written in the Apostles, Nicene and Athanasian creeds it seems that would pretty much be talking about the catholic church....

well, if i may, us christians worship jebus, and the catholics worship mary or something.

They are the same thing when you get right down to it. I dont think the catholic faith is as bad as the christian one. The text book cult gathers members through fear, ie burning in hell forever. Being a southern baptist I heard that sermon every fucking sunday. Believeth the lord or burn, dont question the lord or be burned, eat your vegtables or burn and so on.
