G, forget the flaxseed, incorporate all natural peanut butter or nuts instead like almonds, walnuts, cashews, etc even a teaspoon of canola oil, if you have access to hemp seeds then they are excellent for top sources of poly and mono unsat fats.
Your diet is ok, in my opinion try this, you have too many meal replacements, food is always better, the only meal replacement you need is one directly after your workout, wherever you have a meal replacment down cancel that out and put in a meal of chicken beans and rice or something similar, but with every meal except the meal replacement drink 1 scoop of whey protein with your meal, this is an extra 15-20 high biological grams of protein added to your meals, cant go wrong.

Maybe eat some egg yolks with the whites and some peanut butter in there to. Monday through Friday, my training days, I eat 6-7 meals per day, usually 3 protein shakes and 3-4 food meals. During the week, I eat High protein 350-400 grams, moderate fat 150 grams, and low carbs- under 100 grams. I usually about 8-12 oz of steak per day, along with 6-12 eggs and maybe some tuna fish. If I feel I didn't get enough fat, I'll through in some natural peanut butter. On the weekends, I eat everything in sight. Protein is the same, 350-400 grams, carbs maybe 1000 grams, and fat maybe 300 grams. I have been able to shred up while dropping body fat while doing this for a couple of months. I'm 6'0 210 lbs, if that helps.
