My current training program (MAX-OT) is no longer working at all. I need to find the complete Heavy Duty program (or at least the training portion) online somewhere. I figure right now I'm just wasting time training like I am. I know this is a training subject but that board is pretty slow. I'd REALLY appreciate some links. Thanks. IP: Logged |

LOL. Oh well thanks for the tip. Hopefully someone else has some real info though. And NOT the link to order the book, I can't wait 4 weeks for amazon.com to deliver this shit. IP: Logged |

try to make your own routine.... here are the options... 1. do u wanna do each muscle 1 or 2 times per week 2. do you wanna gain weight (bulk up) or cut up 3. put everything into a schedule that you can follow and be able to stick to. try it for like 2 month incriments and see how it goes. if it is good make a similair one but try to change it up a little. if it doesnt work experement with new shit. i think you get the best results by making your own because you are the on who knows yourself best (i hope) this is what mine looks like sun- rest good luck IP: Logged |
