Ok here they are. just finished my first ever real dieting down. and im pretty pleased with the result. although i peaked 2 days to early, so when these pics were taken i actually seemed to hold some water, especially in the legs. size i nthe legs is what i lack it seems, i work hard on it, but i got long ass legs so its difficult. but thats why im doing this..cu it IS difficult. and no smart remarks about the facial expressions ok..ie never posed for 1 hour straight, and i tell ya, i got more respect for the poeple that compete now than i had before...i was breathing so hard at the end of the photo shoot i nearly blacked out. so anyways, here are my stats this time around: Weight: 91kgs = 200 pounds when i started dieting down my stats where: Weight: 106kg = 233 pounds It looks like i held a lot of water..but thats good..now im one experience richer..here is the pics..tell me what you think..btw i have never done any AS.

NOT TOO BAD.HIT THOSE TRIS HARDER.ID STILL STICK WITH BASIC COMPOUND EXERCISES TO PUT ON SOME MORE MASS IN THE SHOULDER,CHEST,TRIS.AND SQUAT WITH HEAVIER POUNDAGES TO MAKE THOSE QUADS SHOW.DO YOU DEADLIFT.IF NOT START.IF SO GO HEAVIER.TRY SOME POWERTRAINING AND I BET YOU WILL ADD MORE DENSITY TO YOUR FRAME.ALSO ID REFRAIN FROM CARDIO.YOU SEEM TO BE MORE ECTO AND CARDIO WOULD PERHAPS HINDER MASS GAINS.KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. ------------------ THE WEAK AND THE UGLY WILL NEVER UNDERSTAND WHAT WE ARE. hehe the goatee, well it didnt land me any chicks so i shaved it.. yeah 33 pounds does seem a lot doesnt it..here is a pic of me before my dieting down phase..hopefuly you see the difference.

Awsome job MM, NOW EAT, Ive been eating like a freak'n animal for almost a month now and my strenghth has gone up 20 lbs on bench alone. Im not eating clean cuz I decided to treat myself all this month, today being the last. Im gonna start playing w/my diet this coming month, so maybe we can share ideas/diets on bulking without get'n to fat. Again, good job. IP: Logged |

way to go muscles- at first glance, i was like, no way this kid needs to diet...but the before photo enlightened me...congrats on the fat loss!!!!...now its time to add some mass...compound exercises, don't be afraid of upping those poundages, and eat like the horse you want to resemble...you got a nice peak on those bi's....start putting up some weight with military presses and add some stiff legged dead lifts (you dieted away your ass my man!)...again, congrats... ------------------ IP: Logged |

im 6'2..have been training all my life i guess..lifting for 7 maybe..but only 2 years seriously..the others have been to help me gain speed and strenght as i was formely a Track & Field athlete..ive done several national championships here in Norway. wouldnt you know it..looks like i peeked today..if you look closely on the pics youll se my legs are completely flat..well today they are booming. granted i am now holding some water...hell i even got vains across my lower abs..oh well..maybe ill do it better next year. a whole pounds heavier than sunday..hmm..wonder what the hell i did wrong.. I dieted down for 12 weeks, the first week i slowly lowered my calorie inntake, doing this i prevented loosing to much muscle mass, then, for the next 10 weeks i used the following diet: BEFORE MORNING CARDIO: MEAL1 (after cardio): MEAL2: MEAL3: MEAL4(pre-workout): MEAL5(post-workout): MEAL6: MEAL7: Meal 1: 716kcal, 21g Fat, 70g Carb, 62g Pro Total for the day: I kept my workouts the same the 10 first weeks, then i started with 15-20 reps on each exercise. the last weeks i used for carb depletion/loading..droppd down to 70g carbs a day for 4 days, the up to 200 for 4. no training the last 4 days, and 50% water inntake.
