I drink one about an hour before my work out and with out fail, every time i end up having to shit like a madman half way trough my workout. It is to hard to concentrate when you are trying not to shit your pants.

Sometimes i dont have time to come home first and grab some tuna or something else. I have to work with what i have.

Peanuts always worked for me when I didn't wanna shit durin a workout or anything for that matter, but that nite I was constipated like a motha.

Just do what I do from the suggestion of Skydancer Moe. My new gym attire consists of: a holey black t-shirt, Otomix shoes, and a Depends XXL diaper. Now I just shit man. Just let it go. Trust me, I NEVER wait for equipment anymore either. People run away from me like I'm some kinda freak or something.

hell i chug a proein shake with 100g oatmeal before my workouts and i can honstly say ive never had that experience...well not often anyway..it sucks being in the middle of a set and you have to get you ass on the porcelain or else you are gonna make a mess...usually i dont mind making a mess..but not when im training..

I shit before my deadlifts and squat workouts to avoid that. however I still cant do deads without farting most of the time.
