Eagle, Print the message. File a police report - show them the conversation. Depending on where you live, there are different penalties for that. Also, AOL knows exactly who he is and where he is based on his IP address. It won't be hard to find out who it is for the cops. Matt

Get the guys screen name. Call AOL security, tell them what is going on and see if they will release the guys name and address. They probably will not do this though, so ask them if they will release it to the police. In which case you will have to call the police and get them involved. Thanx bro's. well we called AOL they took note and filed his name and address and everything and if we get anymore threats they are gonna file their own police reports. Just have him taken out. That'll solve it. So he doesn't have the chance to do anything. Better safe than sorry eh. But in all seriousness. Get the authorities involved and have them take care of it. If he says he was jokin, they won't buy it. There are too many sick fuckers out there not to take precautions. Think of it like this, if he wasn't serious bout doin it to your girl but was bout doin it to someone elses. You saved that girl.
