His legs are big, but they are far from being proportionate (spelling) with the rest of his body. He would do well in a local NPC Contest, but he would get smoked at the National Level.

Wow, just had this same discussion on another board. FlexB put it well. BBP could do well locally but on he'd get smoke on a national level with the physique he has. Now if he trained for a show who knows but I still doubt it. But I will say that his upper arms can go to toe 2 toe will anybody's including Ronnie Coleman himself. And you must give it up for the baddest bodybuilding wrestler there ever was Tony Atlas.

Tony Atlas

I saw a special on Atlas around a month ago or so, he is still jacked up especially for his age, however he is broke , I believe he blamed it on drugs and the wrestling business.

645 might be a stretch, but I 'd imagine he could definitely hoist weel over 500 lbs. His upper body really over powers his lower body.

Tony Atlas used to be my idol back in the day! He used to crush motherfuckers in the ring! I saw that special too on MTV I think. He like lives in some projects up north somewhere and still wrestles in some local league. Look at his traps!

I believe Tony Atlas has been doing better since that MTV special 1st aired. He has since gotten his protomer's license and has received an outpouring of fan support.

2BIG4U,

Do you mean tag team champ because Atlas was never WWF champ. In fact the WWF has never had a Black world champ other than The Rock. And he's half Black. Unfornately that's the only pic I have of Atlas but I've seen others where he looked even better and he ain't looking bad here.

BPP a/k/a Scott Steiner would do well in a contest and yes I think he could step on stage at a National show. He is one strong mother. I have seen him in Lex's Main Event throw around 180lb dumbbells like they were baby rattles. I have also personally spotted him doing Incline Bench with 495lbs like it was nothing. He doesn't say much and I cannot really figure out his routine but he seems to keep his reps low and weights heavy and doesn't do a lot of sets. He will also rest up to 5 minutes or more between his sets and go make a phone call or whatever. He doesn't seem to do hardly any cardio but instead relies on other things to keep him lean and I think he eats basically whatever he wants. If he threw in some cardio and tightened up the diet he could do some damage at contests. And for the record, I've stood right beside both Scotty and Ronnie Coleman and trust me Scotty does not give anything up to Ronnie size wise.

You guys have to understand when you are a wrestler your on the road 200 some days a year, being in different gyms getting bad workouts.. hes really impressive under those circumstances... if he was a pro bodybuilder he would have much more free time to workout and would be up there with ronnie coleman..

I see him and he has some of the best developed arms Iv'e ever seen. they smoke a lot of pros but I see a lot of prople posting about how much he could bench. if that is true then great but look at him and you will see that he does lag in chest size. he is one great wrestler and it is amazing how he throws those guys almost effortlessly.
he also uses steroids.

Glen are you seriously judging Goldberg's stregth by what you see in the ring. Please tell me you're not? It's choreographed. They help each other. No one would be able to slam Paul Wight(The Big Show) if he didn't 'help' in the move. Plus you can't determine by a guy's stregnth by his size. You judge it but what he lifts. Ed Coan at 220lbs(I may be off a little) is stronger than anyone who ever stepped on the Olympua stage.

are you telling me you think goldberg is weak? i saw goldberg press steiner almost 5 times over his head how can that not be considered strong. you think scott steiner is acutally stronger then goldberg? just because steiner is all veiny and looks like hes on every type of steroid known to man. goldberg is so fucking built and looks much more natural too

Glen,

Do I think Goldberg is a weak man? No. Do I think he's stronger than Steiner? How the hell should I know? The only way to know how strong someone is is to see how much they can lift in the major lifts. And whoever doesn't understand that doesn't understand a lot about lifting or bodybuilding.

SIZE IS NOT A DIRECT INDICATOR OF STRENGTH

I hardly think that tank abbot could bench 600. goldberg is the least bit natural. if you look at him back in november and compared it to when he came back in may you would tell that he took some gear. he grew too much for that little time when he left in dec. I was noticing today that bpp has a small back compared to his other parts. if you want to know who would be a pretty stron wrestler most likely it would be brian clark of kronic. not natural but has great developement for his size at 6'6.

glenbenton I do know who can beat goldberg. kevin nash or big sid viscious could. but wrestling is fake none the less that is just for the ring.

you really think kevin nash could? he looks scrawney compaired to most of the other guys. kevin nash looks like he would be skinny if he didnt train hard and take roids.goldberg is built like a damn gorrila hes very close to looking like a neandrathal

Goldberg could waste Steiner, If they fought Steiner would tire much quicker, and in that "fight" between the 2 a few weeks back Goldberg was much more agile and quicker, and he did throw Steiner around like he weighed nothing
