Little history - Blew my back out Thanksgiving weekend 1997, went on a ten pound lifting limit all the way to the fusion of my back. Surgery was feb 18th of 1998. After the Op. I was on a ten pound limit until Sept, 1998 - so if it was bigger than a gallon of milk I couldn't touch it. After Sept I was on a 25lb limit until Feb of '99. Doc and I were butting heads hard and normally I would have been on a 50lb limit for another year but I demanded release because I was going crazy. He released me against his will - told him I get another Doc - he came around. I began training at once first 6 months I took realy slow and then jumped in hard after I proved to myself thing were squared away. I still have my bad days. So the pic's I have been training about 16 months alot of it was just getting it back together. I'm natural but looking to change that as soon as a good mentor is avaiable - if something can get fucked up I seem to manage it somehow - need adult supervision. My stats were bigger at a 168lb wrestling in college but I will rebound. New Squat rack is on the way and I will be setting up the page as soon as I get down to reading the how to. George - set me up with some inside help! Thanks http://www.photoloft.com/view/album.asp?s=0&A=498278&u=606285 IP: Logged |

Hey, Is that your home? Is it a warehouse or something. looks like an interesting place to stay if it is. I got a gym at my house also. I just need some of the fitness babes to move in. I got two extra rooms and an extra bathroom they can have of their own, unless they want to use mine. hehehe. Looking good. Can you squat now? IP: Logged |

Yeah it's cool - thats my basement. You should see what I consider toys the guns and knife collection. If things go well I post my fitness gal - I think she has it going on. Blew it out carrying a dresser in the house with all the cloths in it. I got the bottom going up to the second floor. Yeah I can squat - blew out my neck - so much stress across the shoulders. This is what I lost you get the pic and I was alot lighter! Off to lift - wife down there now - just got my stitches out - first lifting session in 3 weeks - I'm fukkin buggin! Man o man. I see plenty of room for some 600wt hps lights in a nice cabnit set up. Or go big time with say 6/1000wts in flowering and just use some cabnits for your clone mothers and clones. 12lbs every 45 to 52 days. 12 lbs x 4k each = 48k or $90k every 3 months. Sorry but i see basements in my sleep. lol Anyway that is a hell of alot of equipment. Looks better than most of the gyms i have been in. ------------------ IP: Logged |

Blackhaus, You think you can handle the change from the aggressive/loud men from up north to the men that take their time down here in Dallas? It could be a shock to your system. IP: Logged |

Moe - we should talk - I have a couple rooms I could empty. LOL - Man I used to be able to move some weed. Maybe I'll get the network back up. Dlady - Its good to see that the lady's can still be moved with monetary items, wouldn't think gym equipment would do it. Guess thats why I keep a running account at the jewler. Blackhaus1 - feel free to speak your mind I won't hold against you. I would be happy to look like your good picture - in the good and bad post. My wife now has that as her wallpaper. Hey - I'm no perfect trainer, WOW - but ask me any question I don't mind answering. If there is one thing I know its injuries and I have more than enough. CYA IP: Logged |

Looking good brotha Clean! From what you're describing (injuries and all) most would have hung it up FOR SURE! I love to hear, "I used to to that, but I have bad shoulders now." or "I used to squat hundreds #, but I got bad knees now." and I'm not talking guys who are 65 I'm talking late twenties - early thirties. Keep it up man! IP: Logged |
