six long island iced teas, and a huge ass burrito later, I feel like shit. I cheated on my diet and was drinking. Fuck I'm pissed! I skipped leg day last night cuz I was drinking too!!!!! I have to double up today and do legs, bi's and tri's. Sorry about the vent.....

L.I.T.s rock. Don't sweat it. Just train hard and blast your legs today. Drinking once a week won't kill you, unless you are preparing for a contest.

I KNOW HOW YOU FEEL,IM ONLY GOING OUT ONCE A WEEK NOW.I DONT KNOW ABOUT EVERYONE ELSE
BUT ONE NIGHT OUT DRINKING,WHICH IS USUALLY
4 HOURS RUINS MY WHOLE ENTIRE NEXT DAY.WHEN
I DRINK I HAVE NO APPETITE & THE ALCOHOL
FUCKS UP MY SLEEP SO THEN IM SET BACK A WHOLE DAY FOR 4 HOURS OF DRINKING,ITS JUST NOT WORHTH IT TO ME ANYMORE.

I typically have a few drinks on a Friday or Saturday...(not while in contest mode though). Yes, if you go overboard it does screw up the appetite the next day. Usually I don't train on Sat. or Sun. anyway, so I am ok there.
Make your self eat anyway...it is the best way to get rid of a hangover. The other "Best" way to get rid of one is not get one to begin with. How much are you drinking anyway?

I usually drink only on the weekends, and occasionally go out during the week and drink one or two. I'm trying to quit drinking all together. I've been really good about not drinking, until last night. I'm not really mad about the drinking part, I'm mad that I ate the 1lb burrito (no shit, It's 1lb) that I had right before I went to sleep!!!!!!
