Did anybody see Antonio Sabato Jr on T.V this morning. He was saying that he does not eat anything in the morning and nothing after 4:00 pm. Can you do this and still give your body the nutrition that it needs? I always was told that without food in the morning, your body will eat its own muscle for nutrition. Any thought on this? Yea, I had a picture and it was all ready to be posted. The problem was that I showed the thread to a couple of my friends right before(a couple girls) and they made me feel like a piece of shit. I got that whole carma speech and it made me feel kinda bad about doing it. So i actually ended it with her that week. Sorry about the dick tease.... I'll pull through on the next one. Actually i have a picture of this girl who was at my house all fucked up on special K with her pants down and her finguring herself infront of all my guests....
