this past friday, I began lifting at 7 am, did squats and heavy bench press, but felt too tired to finish my workout...I camer back later that evening after work to clean up and there was a progress chart about how many reps of 225 a person can do, I couldnt join because Im going off to school before the chart ends, but pumped 225 19 times, how many can yall other peeps do it?

I did 225 for 25 reps last Saturday. I never claimed to be the STRONGEST in the gym, but I am one of the BIGGEST. I can always do more when I start out cold (first set). I can do about 30 reps on the decline (cold). Never counted on incline.

On flat bench the most I ever did was 24, however that was after I went heavy. On Incline I did 14. Squats I don't know. i get nautious after 20 reps of any weight. My best is 315 for 15.

I have done 29x225 time in this past year, but I was flowing Laurabolin and D-bol at the time. Most likely 20-25x225 now.

Flat bench 225 x 24, squats usually finish heavy days with 35 continuous reps. Starting first cycle in two weeks and can't wait to see what happens with that.

yeah glen, high rep squats are a killer but rock for growth. legs can normally take a beating, its the mind that gives in (in most cases) before the legs give out. 20 good solid reps of almost anything is killer if done with textbook form.
as for me, bench? 225? shit, probably 8....im like a girl on the bench. never was my forte.

on the squat i go down as far as possible, but i also had a knee injury a couple years ago. now i have fear if i go down too far that shit will pop and ill be in the hospital again. so im sure i could not make it a full 20 reps with out injury

I dont know exactly how much I can deadlift, I have never tried, but for my lifting program, I am required to do a percentage of my squat max, which has been like sets of 315 for 5 reps, maybe 3 sets, those werent too easy, so Id say my max is maybe a little more than 315 for 5 reps, I weight about 240...my squat max going as far down as possible is a converted 410, so give or take on that because converted maxes cant be trusted, but I do 375 for 4 reps and 2 or 3 sets in my program without a problem, so Id estimate that my max was about 400, Icould probablybench my body weight (245) like 15-16 times, squat it maybe 25 times (complete guess) and deadlift, I have even less of a clue than how many times I could squat my own weight, sad thing is that Ill never test it because I dont wanna ruin my groin anymroe than it is right now
