   how can a guy tell during loving making if his girlfriend is having an orgasm or not. My gf moans and scream but somehow I don't really buy it. Try this...it might work.... go down on her, & get her off that way, to watch her reaction...then you will know, or you could let her get on top...the reason for that is if she is trying to get hers first..she is going to move around the way she likes it to get herself off. Can any of you guys tell me WHY a girl would fake an orgasm? This is something I've seriously never understood...whats the point? It all feels good rather you have the Big O or not... Every girl orgasms differently - and for me personally, each orgasm is different..different response in my body, different noise level etc... DLady hit the perverbial nail on the head. An orgasm is a series of involuntary muscular contractions of the vagina. One can not "fake" this. No amount of moaning or groaning or jumping up and down - (not to say that all that other stuff doesn't happen, but these do not contribute to the orgasm itself - these are just other physical things that go along with feeling good) is an indication of the presence or absence of an orgasm.
