Plain and simple...do what improves your life (makes you happier, etc)and don't do what is bad for you.

I smoke marijuana probably once every 2 or 3 weeks, and occasionally i'll get ahold of some and do it 3 or 4 times a week. It has not hurt me yet. Use it responsibly. It has taught me a lot about myself and the world around me. If i hadn't spent some of the time high that I have, there may have been many thoughts I would not have had, or simply would not have spent the time delving into lengthy thoughts. My experiences have been rewarding and pleasant.
SO FOR THIS...I deserve to be degraded and killed.
