Just saying hello to everyone here. I am a newbie and yes, I read the newbie post! Just like to thank everyone who is incharge of this great site!
I used to lift and got very into it, never got into any of the "goodies", but last year I got into a headon car wreck. Doc's say I am not supposed to lift but, I have turned into a fat lazy turd and can't take it anymore. It's almost the end of my 2nd month of dieting and training, and I feel great! I've been going really light on the amount of weight I use but, we'll see about that, I've really gotten that adicition again and the urge to be BIG!!! I've dropped 30lbs. already and I'm not even into a full 2 months yet.

Well thanks again this site rules!!!

Welcome bro. I was in a wreck a few years back. Doctors are way to conservative about letting you back into training. I had no problems and I started back three months before he said it was ok. Glad you made it through and glad your training is going so well. Just remember slow and easy bro.
