Johnny O is a member of this board and he is out doing a 100 mile Aids benefit bike ride. He is down here in Texas where I am and I can vouch for the friggin heat is unbelievable. This is one tough dude in my book. He should be in this evening if he isn't taken out on a stretcher. Show him your support. He is one of us.

Bump for the noble bro! 100 miles, fuck! He's got to be one dedicated mofo to do this for charity. Don't know if I'd ride that far for pay let alone for a charity.

Just to clarify .. the 100 mile ride was the Katy Flatland Century... it is to benefit the Boyscouts and goes to a Katy HS scholorship. I survived that ride with only a very sore shoulder because I fell off my bike.

The actual Texas Aids Ride is in October, and it is 350 miles. I'm rideing (with 800 other people) from Houston to Dallas.

Of course all this cardio is not making me big, but I hope to bulk up after October.
