Depends on the caliber of competition at the national championships you are going to attempt to compete in. You seem to be extremely lean but just a little more mass wouldnt hurt, but shit for 19 your physique is very respectable. IP: Logged |

We see great, built physiques every day in our gyms, but this does not mean they will be a successful competitor. Success in competition requires more than that. Whether you have a chance or not really depends on who shows up at your competition and if you can dial in your conditioning and if you can properly execute the poses. You can ruin a great physique by not being able to dial in on contest day. You can also ruin it by not being able to pose to your best advantage. You can actually make it look like you have no muscle development by screwing up a pose. So, it's too difficult to answer. You just have to do it if you feel that you are ready and learn more about your body from each show you compete in. ------------------ IP: Logged |

i agree ironchick i have seen some monsters that look like they are teetering on the side of a fence trying to pose. somehow balance and grace goes to shit when they step onstage. hehe. but those who can pose (look at ease, and flow from pose to pose) and get the crowd going tend to show.

Don't take this the wrong way, but I think you need a little back work. You asked. IP: Logged |

Not only the back I need more mass on the hole body. But I think I made some improvements this year. What do you think about this off-season pics?

Well bro....I don't know about the off-season pics...but your first pic looks good. It depends on what the competition looks like. It's hard for us to judge you when we don't know the "whole story". You look lean enough and have good seperation in your arms. Good luck..and kudos for posting your pic. ------------------ IP: Logged |
