from laughter...i just heard this huge fight go on in another office...these two tech dorks who work under me finally went at it...they have been at each other's throats for weeks...the smaller guy finally freaks the hell out, goes to the bathroom and fills his coffee cup up with urine...he then proceeds to casually walk up to fat boy and throw it on him..then yells "piss on you"..hahahahaha.....i dont know what to do...im the only "management" here right now....i guess i have to fire them both....but i have to stop laughing first...

oh god what a day...

Little guy gets fired. I do not know the details, but you can not fire the fat guy for the little guys actions that went beyond words. Unless you want me to represent the fat guy in court, because he will win even without qualified council.

i turned the matter over to someone else...i dont think i can be "objective"...i tend to root for the underdog...even if it is the grossest thing ive ever heard of....we sent them home and then gave the cleaning guy $100 to clean it up...the thing is, the fat guy has incessantly belittled the smaller (and in my opinion, smarter) one...so who knows....i wouldn't want to meet big boy in a dark alley if i were slim...

i work for a huge box maker and network solutions provider...the guys involved are in highschool, this is a summer job for them...i think they are both gone...i wouldn't be surprised if big boy files charges, but he seems pretty embarrassed about the whole deal....they are both freaks as far as im concerned but it comes with the whole IT territory.....
