Have you tried supplementing with Glutamine?

(I just got a mental image of your situation - I feel your pain brotha - but I gotta admit, I'm chuckling )

Ah, the beauty of leg pain. None quite like it. My legs are sore for about five days too. It's a good feeling cause you know you've inspired them to grow.

it's pretty cool having to gimp around after a hard day of training legs. i did them yesterday and had to concentrate just so i wouldn't collapse as i walked to my car.

as for your question... i dunno... do you stretch after you workout?

Hey Romeo, dont worry about the sore legs. With respect to the Glutamine, If I may I would like to suggest you increase that to 20g daily post workout. Without question Glutamine is the king of non-essential amino acids, what's more you can load up on it without fear of any internal damage. 5 grams a day in my experience isnt enough, some athletes I know are using 45-50 a day, although i believe that to be superfluous.
20g per day post workout, dont forget to spike your insuline with something high on the glycemic index, grape jucie or honey before you down protein and glutamine.
