Everytime I'm either done weight lifting or playing hockey, I crave red meat. It gets to the point where I can eat anything and not be full until I get some meat in me. Does anyone else get this? At one of my games I was ripping shit up(one of my best games), leveling kids and makin good plays, when it was over all I was extremly hungry but only for meat. Friends, family, getting a shower. Those were only obstacles in the way of gettin more meat. JK bout the obstacle thing.

" When the odds are against me I prove them wrong, when all else fails I succeed, when all else ceases to live I breath, when all turns to ashes from it I rise, so it doesn't matter what you throw at me or what you do, I am, I do, that's all that matters."

there is an actual biochemical process that occurs while consuming red meat...its either an endorphin or dopamine dump...it makes you happy....it makes me happy...i wonder what a vegetarian would taste like...
