I typed it one handed and yeah I got blood on the key board.
Computer sits by the window so I can watch the hood - block captian you know. So I typed while waiting on POP's.

Suck got to leave the stitches in for at least ten days!
Oh well get a chance to work on my legs.

As I fell I reach back to keep my head up and grabbed the light switch and the cover cut the shit out of me. I have masonary wall's in the basement and all the electric run in conduit.

Note for the dog lovers.
The old boy was right there after it happened. He was all worked up.
Wife came home and was messing around and he was driving her crazy. She kept putting him out and he would stand in the window looking in. He kept walking over the kitchen table and finally she saw the note. Little jack off is too smart.

The doc asked why my skin was so tuff. Wanted to know if I worked with my hands. Told her I had a desk job. She said it would have been worse if the skin wasn't so tuff.
So not wearing gloves I guess helped.
I asked if she could help me get back on track with a boost in my training when I healed up. She asked what I wanted and I told her. She said I was big enough! Give me a break - Then she said if told her I was going pro she would understand then. To bad she is a ER doc.

Thanks for the concern - I'm off for an ice pack.

I hurt and man I'm mentally fukked.
Its late and I have had an ugly day.
My dog had some kind of convulsion tonight. He got me up puking and unable to control himself. Was in total muscle spasm.
I thought that he was having a stroke - he is 13 and 1/2. I started massaging him and talking to him and got him breathing normal. Then we made the dash for the vet -
How fuk up life can be. Well the vet said he has some disorder that older dogs get and he is spinning like he is on a merry go round.
Realy fukked bullshit. He is constantly trying to fight to straighten himself up.
He doesn't desreve this in his life. He is the best dam thing that I have ever had the pleasure to share my life with.

Bro's i'm hurting and this one can't be fixed by stitches.

I hope it comes around with time like the doc said it would.

The hand will heal, thats just a waiting game. Just dont push it to hard when you get back to the gym. I had my hand opperated on and had stiches in for 10 days. I went to work out after I got them out and thought my hand was going to split open.

KingPin - you noticed - yeah the doc was scaring the hell out of me. She couldn't hold her hand still let alone stitch me up. The other doc came back and re-did half the stitches. Realy sucked because I could feel the shit no matter how much they shot my hand up.
I think she might have had als or something - she realy shouldn't have been in the ER.
