A friend of mine who happens to be a 17 year old girl and her 2 friends were beaten up by a couple of guys. My question is, if you saw a guy doing this to a girl,would you get involved? A guy at work I know was with his buddies at the fair and they saw some guy punch his girlfriend. They then proceeded to stomp the guy. ( I can't do anything about this cause she lives out of state so don't go telling me to get a posse going and kick the crap out of em)

Alls I know is that I would try to break both the knees and maybe an arm. The prob with her was her idiot guy friend started talking shit to thes guys, and when she tried to intervene they threw her into the car and then puncher her other friend in the head. She didn't say how many guys, I assume 2-3

I had an experience many years ago. Myself and a friend witnessed this at a local dog track. This guy slapped his girlfriend to the ground. We stepped in only to have this girl tell us to mined our f@#$in business. ( she said this while she sat on the ground bleeding from the mouth)
i know the first instinct is to stomp the guy but a lot of times the women are allowing it to happen. Those women can't be helped..

That's a tough call. Sometimes you get involved and start a fight with the guy just to have the girlfriend he hit knock you over the head. Unless I know the situation and I know this guy a real dick I let the cops handle it. I would step in first if I see animal cruelty than some guy beating up his girl. You just don't know sometimes what the real story is.

I'm sorry, but if you see a girl getting her ask kicked by a guy, you should at least try to break it up, you don't have to start a fight with the guy, I feel that it is everyones duty as a citizen to step in stop it, then you can call the cops if you want.

I encountered a situation similar to this a couple of years ago. I chose to step in and got my ass kicked by about 5 guys. Next time, I will do the same thing, a real man can't stand by and let this happen even if your risking your own well being. Stand up and be a man.

i have a similar story that a friend of mine witnessed. it's one of the things that inspire me to keep lifting so i can get huge.

(this might be confusing, but i'll try to make it as clear as possible.)

ok, so my friend worked at an amusement park during the summers back in highschool. one day, he saw a boyfriend and girlfriend arguing and creating a scene (actually, the boyfriend was just screaming at the girl and she was sobbing). a huge BB-type guy saw this going on, and walked over to the boyfriend. the BB pulled the boyfriend aside to talk to him. after talking for a minute or so, the boyfriend quickly apologized to the BB guy, his girl and everyone around.

just one more reason to get huge.

As much as some as his posts have annoyed me, I must admit glenbenton's 'kick it out of his hand' was pretty funny. As far stepping in I agree with Formula1. I know someone who stepped in and the the girl started hitting him. Some women are trapped in a pattern of abuse where your stepping won't really make difference. She'll just get her ass kick later. And if it wasn't this guy slapping her around, it would be some other guy because those are the kinda men she choses. Often it's the women who must break the pattern of abuse.

I think it depends on the situation....I have seen my friends Girlfriend Chase him around with a baseball bat and a knife once...needless to say after she swung a few times and made a few lunges he knocked her on her ass...He only hit her once and then took the bat and knife away, in that situation I didn't do anything cause hell she could have stabbed me and he only did what he had to inorder to get her to stop and put an end to the threat...

Now on the other hand if I saw some guy just wailing away on some female then I would step in and do what I could to stop it...I think people need to take the steps needed to deter extreme violence...

I feel like horse shit, but the one time I saw a guy beat up his girl, I was to afraid to get involved! I mean this guy, was fucken HUGE, probably as big as some of you lifters that have been lifting for a good 6 years and add in some GEAR to that equation.
