This is kind of embarassing, but every time I go to the gym towards the end of my workout i am drenched in sweat, and it travels down to my ass. I think I look pretty good, and the women are looking at me, if u know what i mean. So me thinking i'm the man, i give them the look, they stare and laugh and point at my ass, but little did I know they were laughing at my swamps ass. Please help, how do I get rid of this so-called swamps ass IP: Logged |

Who the fuck cares who is staring at what? When I workout (with Pantera screaming in my headphones) I look like I want to kill the world. I just want to get in and get out. Are you in the gym to pick up chicks or to get huge? IP: Logged |

Hell yeah evissam. Leave a big swamp ass mark on a machine and don't wipe it off. (Anyone else notice the "BigArmedBandit" defended 'georgethemodel2' as his 1st post? Probably is a Pimply Glutes incarnation but oh well) IP: Logged |

You're probably wearing light colors which show sweat easily. All of my workout pants and shorts are dark to avoid that problem. Ladies don't mind wet shirts. IP: Logged |

Before I realized that it wasn't the juice and simply low blood sugar, I used to sweat like a stuffed pig. Pit stains when I am trying to see patients can be very embarrassing. Anyhow, I used something called Certain Dry. It's claim is that it constricts the pores thus eliminating profuse sweating. There is also a product that Drioronic out of CA. that claims to stop sweat for six weeks at a time. get big or get out IP: Logged |

Dude, the gym is not a place to be worried about your grooming. When I lift I spit and turn red, but goldbond powder and some shorts with breathing holes should help you. IP: Logged |

Who cares, I thought that was the reason we all go to the gym.........to work hard, and working hard means sweating like a mf! If I'm not soaked when I leave the gym then I didn't have a good workout. It's the people who are not sweating that should be laughed at. Obviously they are in there trying to look the part and just going through the motions, not really training. That's my opinion on that. Pitbull IP: Logged |

No person that is in the gym for the right reason cares about what the other people there think. I don't give 2 shits what any chick thinks when I'm lifting. I don't go to look my best, but to be my best. ------------------ IP: Logged |
