![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() I dropped "E" for the first time last night and went dancing. I will say it was pretty crazy...I didnt want to stop moving and I could tell my metabolism was rippin, was it the "e" that made it so crazy? If so, why dont people use that shit to diet? Digga IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() E doesnt increase your metabolism for a sustained period of time, it basically raises the living shit out of your heartrate giving you a false illusion that your metabolism is increasing, overall E is good for the euphoric feeling it gives you and for fucking after the night is over, E utilized in any type of fitness regiment(whatever it may be) is not recommended and considered extremely fucking detrimental. Hope this helps. My short answer to your question would be No, it doesnt increase your metabolism. IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() digga what havoc said is exactly right ...all it does is raise your body temp that is why you have to drink alot of water so you do not dehydrate ////and its ok to experiment ..just dont make it a habit peace romeo IP: Logged |

![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() a few reasons ppl don't use E is because you can't train very well the next day and for most ppl including me, i can't eat for about two days and i can't sleep sometimes for up to 24 hours. not good if you need to bulk up. to bulk you need three things. food, sleep and a good work out routine IP: Logged |
