Everyone I talk to at the gym say they hate training legs. I Love'em, loading up the 45 leg press or the squat rack, and then feel them burn !! I always feel so strong when doing legs, but sometimes almost pass out. But I love it.
How about you guys?

before my surgery it was my chest, cause I was freakily strong, but now since I lost a lot of that strrength I'd say legs & back

I'm with Bogtruck on this, however if I was pushed to answer I'd say
1st Legs
2nd Shoulders
3rd bi's/tri's + forearms
4th chest/back
5 abs
There ya go buddy..
I suppose I'd better say heart and lungs go in there somewhere !!.

Man, I gotta give credit to the guys who said legs were thier favorite bodypart to train...legs are brutal.

Id have to say my favorite is either chest or back..i like them equally the same

Legs. I love training legs. I honestly don't like training my upper body. I love the pain that comes with working them hard. Woke up today and seen it was a leg day. Started my day off to a good start, then work had to sayI'm scheduled to work tonite, after I said I could only work days, well that ruined it.

I'm with Scott on this one. As far as my penis is concerned, it definitely responds better with German Volume Training than with HIT. Mentzer is wrong on this one; one set is JUST NOT ENOUGH.

Anyway, I'd say legs. But only Squats and SLDL's
