Ok, I saw a book once a while ago about being able to add 1/2-3 inches to ur height by doing certain exercises. I think I saw it in a muscle mag or FLEX. Anyways, do any of you guys know any exercise to increase height? Im 5-7 and I would like to be an inch or 2 taller.

Get some boots with some fat heels on them. I think any exercise or program that claims to add height is BS.

Best way to add height is to get really drunk. When you pass out have someone hit you over the head with a 2X4. When you wake up you'll be 1-2 inches taller!

hehe...alright i see Im taking some heat for this. Actually a freind of mine from the gym has a copy of the book at home. Its written by Ben Weider. From what he says...it worked for him. I dunno b/c I havent known the guy long enough
