its a recipe I made myself.. Ingrediants: One cup of oatmeal, which has 52 carbs, 10 protein 1 Cup of fat free plain yogurt, which has 12 grams of protein, 16 grams of carb One Packet Extreme Body!! (love that stuff, i bought chocolate ripple, i'm sure creamy vanilla will work too..) Which has 50 grams Of Protein, 20 grams of carb, and 10 grams of glutamine. Directions: 1. put 1 3/4 cup water in pan. 2. Put stove on high 3. When you start to see bubbles, put the one cup of oatmeal in, and Stir as you turn the stove off and put the pan with the oatmeal away from heat. 4. Wait three minutes, then pour into big bowl.. and I mean BBBBBIIIIGGGG bowl. 5. Put the 1 cup fat free plain yogurt in the oatmeal, stir it all in really good. 6. After yogurt is stirred in put the packet of 1/2 of a packet in the oatmeal/yogurt and stir until it is surrounded, then put the other half in, stir until surrounded again. ------------------------ nutritional information 680 CALORIES 88 Grams of carb 72 Grams Of Protein 10 Grams Of Glutamine. please give me all your opinions on this.. Even though this TASTES A LITTLE BIT BETTER IF YOU USE MET-RX, ANY FLAVOR, MET-RX DOESNT HAVE BARELY ANY GLUTAMINE SO I USE EXTREME BODY.... BUT IF YOUR LOOKING FOR TASTE.. GO WITH MET-RX. But met-rx barely tastes better by not much... ------------------------------------ [b]ALSO : EXTREME BODY JUST CAME OUT BOUT A WEEK AGO, AND IT IS EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE. Taking me seriously? Of course i'm serious! Why the hell would I post this? Just for a joke.. haha.. some joke. Well everything I do, and say is 100% serious, so just live with it, and I know from experience that protein does not hurt my kidney... Some days I have around 300 grams of protein a day.. You may be twelve but you have one hell of a stomach to hold that much fucking fiber from that expanded oatmeal. I started dieting on 3/4 cup of dry oatmeal and it filled me up initally. hey, i was just joking about that.. anyway, drivebyposer, I know what fiber can do to you.. hell I can live on 2 or 3 carrots a meal.. 2 carrots have like 17 grams of dietary fiber 3 has 26 grams..crap.. very filling.. but not very healthy if thats all your gonna eat, its only around 75-90 calories (depends on how big ya carrot is) IP: Logged |

brumans- why do you bother with all this crap at 12 years old? training is fine, but dont worry about your diet, supps, and anything else dumb your worrying about. you will grow without paying attention to all this stuff. eat clean,train hard, stop wasting your money on supps, and be a kid. you weigh 75lbs right? you need about 100-200 grams of protein at MOST. any more and you will just shit it out. good luck and keep it simple.
