ok i have been working out steady for a year and a half....over the past few weeks i have started to see some really big changes in my body...more muscle definition...im becoming more vascular ...i have dropped weight yet increased my strength....but i want a six pack so bad ....and i have the oportunity to buy 30 amps of winny soon....i think that this will give me just the push i need to get me my six pack....

my dilema is should i stay natural and see where just good old hard work will take me ....or should i grab the winny and go for it ........this honestly is the hardest desicion i have ever had to make for obvious reasons ......dammit!!!!

natural-you want something? fucking work hard for it! You seem like you already have-GOOD WORK! don't give up yet! Drugs are only an alternative if you can't accomplish the goals you want naturally, many people have six packs naturally-go for it!

Don't get the assumption that if you juice up that you will just get there. You still have to work your butt off and watch your diet. Buying winny by itself won't give you your six pack. Whats your bf%?

when do you do you cardio? and for how long?
make sure you eat enough protien like everyone says-I am cutting up right now and althoughI know those card cravings hurt just make sure you keep filled up on the protien and don't overdoo the cardio, no more than five days a week( assuming 30-45 minute session). Cardio is best in the morning weights around 5-5.30.

make sure you pack in the protien otherwise some of that 20lbs will be muscle-like I said before how much cardio do you do? What's your lifting like? I suggest heavy compund stuff, don't goo for that 20 rep light weight stuff, just keep pumping hard and don't overdo cardio,.

Well you said you want a six pack right. You need to get your bf% under ten. This takes time. Lets say you need to drop 8% of bf and you drop 2lbs of fat a week. At a weight of 205 lbs you would need to lose 16.4 lbs. That takes about 8 weeks bro. How long have you been trying to get the six pack?

Romeo --

I can definitely relate on this one. I am an ex-fattty who also needs to loose that last bit of weight to see the six-pack (I have some minor loose skin issues to deal with, too). I am also an AS virgin.

As far as the winny goes, if you are confident your hair will stay, I say go for it.

The difference between a "Natural" and an "Enhanced" bodybuilder isn't that one is more dedicated than the other, it is that one LOOKS better than the other.

I will be be making that decision within the next year as well (I am debating between EQ/Win, EQ, or Win). So I am obviously very interested to see how this goes for you. Please keep us informed.

here's a suggestion-after work(even though you're busy) try to separate the lifting from the running by about two hours, lift first then wait then run. But the total amount of running you're doing seems to be alot, so all you have to do now is make sure you're in a slight caloric deficit(that is up to you and your body type) keep the protien high-I'ld say for your body weight atleast 250-400 grms, at leat 75-100gms cards before noon and lower your fat every 4 days. WhenI was cutting up last i really did feel that running after-way after my workout helped but unfortunatelyI didn't keep my protien high enough and lost a little strength. BTW-try a fat burner ecs stack too. hope you achive your results, just keep trying it might take two months it might take 5 but i the end you'll get there, hell it may be sooner than you think.

t i think i understand ..right now i am on hydroxycut...

so you are saying eat atleast 250-400grms of protein everyday

eat 75-100grms of carbs before lunch..

whatabout after lunch should i stay away from carbs for the rest of the day

and start my fat out at one point and taper down ..how many grams would you recommend for the fat counts ..

thanks bro

This worked great for me; try using heavy weights for your ab workout and lower reps, like 10. I got up to 4x10 with a 110 dumb bell on my chest. of course this was a crunch I was doing, keeping my lower back supported on the floor. The reason I started working my abs is that I got tired of doing sets of 100 and 200 and have nothing to show for it. I started treating my abs just like any other body part, if you want muscle to grow you put the most stress on it you can. You wouldn't just use the bar on your bench and do sets of 100 reps.

After using this approach for three weeks saw great improvment. I was at 15% and had a great 4 pack, and intercostals showing. In the right lighting a 6 pack was showing. Hope it helps.

Romeo, I think you need to stay natural for a while longer you have to realize that you are young in age, and your testostroine levels are probably just now starting to really raise up to where they are suppose to be right now, you are not that old yet, so I would wait a while before you start on the AS. But this is most likely why you are noticing gains now, cause the hormones are taking over now.

Dude no offense, but you are tiny. You're barely 200lbs and when you cut up you're going to disappear. Put on some more size, eat clean and do a proper cycle, not just some juice that you happen to stumble across.

If you must have a 6 pack now, try BodyOpus, if that doesn't get you a sick pack nothing will.

BodyOpus is Dan Duchaines attempt at the CKD.

That book is a great motivational tool, but I'd by Lyle McDonalds "The Ketogenic Diet" instead.

yep try to avoid carbs after the afternoon, definately none in the evening, it is hard for me to do but I have to do it to loose weight, the reason is that you metabolism slows down slightly and carbs just end up as fat if taken in the evening. PLus I am very carb sensitive myself so I have to be extra careful. Some people may recommend going down below 20grms but form my personnel experience it might not be too healthy, but who knows you might be able to hanndle it.-How's the hydroycut treating you-unfortunately it didn't do much for me, ripped fuel worked for me and I jusr got lipokinetix and am going to start that tommorow. Hmmm I am trying to get BodyOpus myself, anyone know where I can get it?
