I just moved to Louisville Ky and it feels like everybody is trying to fuck me in the ass. I got layed off from my hard won 50k job so we moved to her hometown cause jobs pay better. Before we left, we set up the Apt., electric, phone, water, cable, mail and Inet. weeks in advance. We got here and didnt even have carpet in the fucking apt. We got moved to a different apt. which caused everything to be completely fucked including my pissy 1k per mo. unemployment check. when we got moved in, the phone was broke, dishwasher was broke and now the air cond. has been down for over 24 hours. what can I do to get even with these bastards? take them to court or refuse to pay rent until repairs are made. i dont know how it works in the states but in canada , toronto , there are good laws that protect the tenant.; hell up here a landlord has to pay for half of your paint , even if they dont want the apt painted. IP: Logged |

Arm yourself with knowledge become informed - the laws concerning these things differ from state to state. Go throught the proper channels - usually tenants rights far outway the landlords in residential situations. GOOD LUCK! Try to find consolation in the fact that no matter how shitty a situation seems, you both have your health and you have each other. LOAD UP THE LONG RANGE RIFLE AND PICK A SPOT PREFERRABLY ON AN ELEVATED STANCE WITH PLENY OF BRUSH AND FOILAGE TO MASK YOUR VANTAGE POINT.IF POSSIBLE FIND A SPECIFIC LOCATION AND SCOPE IT OUT SEVERAL DAYS OR WEEKS TO MAKE SURE THE VANTAGE POINT IS SECURE.BE SURE TO INCLUDE SOME MEALS READY TO EAT AND PLENTY OF WATER SOMETIMES YOU MAY HAVE TO SIT MOTIONLESS FOR DAYS BEFORE THE EXPECTED TARGET IS DIRECTLY IN PLACE FOR A PERFECT SHOT.IF POSSIBLE TRY FOR A FULL FRONTAL HEAD SHOT,WHEREAS THIS IS MOST DIFFICULT TO RECONSTRUCT A CRIME SCENE FOR THE FEDERAL BALLISTICS TEAMS.ALWAYS REMEMBER ACCURACY FIRST.NEVER FIRE MORE THAN 3 SHOTS FROM A SINGLE LOCATION.GOING OVER THE 3 LIMIT IS A RISK FOR BEING DETECTED AS TRACES OF GUNPOWDER ARE APPARENT WHEN A THIRD SHOT SLIDES DOWN THE BARREL.AND DONT FORGET TO COLLECT YOUR SHELL CASINGS IF IT IS NECESSARY.GOOD LUCK! ------------------ IP: Logged |
