They have power lifting in the Special Olympics! I wonder if they drug test them. L8R ------------------ IP: Logged |

NO, they dont drug test them, and I hope that was joke bro... I helped coach the S.O. local powerlifting team for 2 years running, and it was by far the most positive experience Ive had in my life. It makes me thankful that I have full function of my entire body, spririt and mind. Something I dont think people realize enough of, and take for granted. Later, IP: Logged |

I don't think it was meant to be mean, at least I hope not. I think it's pretty cool they have powerlifting too. IP: Logged |

We helped with the special olympics in Oklahoma when I was in college. We only had a softball throw and some simple races. I could not belive they had powerlifting and they had vollyball. The drug test part was a joke bad tast I guess. They do give it thier all, we had one guy that could throw the softbal out of the stadium. I also did shot put, discus, and javilin o I helpewith the softballl throw. L8R I hate typing on the touch screen at 24hour fitness. ------------------ IP: Logged |
