I think it is appalling at how these supplement companies are scamming people. It is time we stand up as consumers once and for all and say NO! loud and clear. There is an industrywide boycott on these guys going on right now and I urge all of you to join it. If we don't take a stand now then it will only get worse! IP: Logged |

I agree. I've been lifting weights and taking supplements for more years than I can count. I've seen supplement companies come and go. I've gotten a pretty good idea about how a company is doing business by their tactics. I admit, I bought into their Methoxy hype and paid my money for that bottle of margarine. I made a series of calls to get some of the research they did on it and they basically told me to get lost. They wound up telling me that I should buy from someone else if I wasn't happy. I told her that I would and that others would follow my trend. A few months ago Biotest introduced their Androsol to the public and made people "pre-order" it since they'd had a mix-up in the warehouse or some load of crap. Yeah right, they were testing the waters to see if anyone would buy into their baloney. I knew at the time that this sounded fishy. I was not too surprised when people started saying that it didn't do anything. More underhanded sales tactics. I hate that because Coach Poliquin and Bruce Kneller are truly knowledgeable and have been labeled as guilty by associating with the rest of those dorks. They should bail out while the coast is relatively clear. But if they don't then that's their problem...I mean, hey, even rats have the sense to get off a sinking ship. Bad business, selling garbage and touting bogus claims will run that company into the ground. All they do is bad mouth other companies, but they are too blind to see that the hand they are using to point the finger of blame at other people has three fingers pointing back at them. Let them miserably and ignorantly drift on the numbered days their company has remaining. IP: Logged |

As long as AS remain illegal, many supplement companies will lie their ass off - say things like "boosts test levels 600%" because they knowpwople want AS-type gains without using "those evil illegal drugs". Sonn andro will be scheduled like AS. I can't wait to see what kind of hype is generated after that.

I am in on the boycott. These two companies have had it coming for a long time. I wish this thing would really take off and a website would develop to keep people informed as to which supplements to buy and which ones not to. I've had several friends buy supplements from both of these companies and they didn't do anything. There is talk of people getting sick on them and them not honoring their money back guarantee. It IS about time we stand up. I want to hear more from people that we will absolutely not take it any longer. IP: Logged |

I rather deal with a Syntrax emplyoee on this board than listening to all the MuscleTech and Biotest bullshit. At least, Syntrax is somewhat innovative and they don't make such outrageous claims. TestoMan IP: Logged |

I can't think of one suppliment company that did not sell at least a few totally bogus products. Boycott anyone who sells prohormones,(well, I guess that was taken care of for us) HMB, CLA, this list goes on, flush em" they don't care about us, why should we care about them! IP: Logged |

Why don't be boycott something useful like GAS companies??? I doubt many or even any of you guys even buy Muscletech or Biotest anyways so a so-called industry wide boycott will do nothing. Meanwhile gas companies are ripping us off 100 times as much as any supplement companie and we sit here and whine about something that is tiny and insignificant! Get real. Plus MuscleTech includes references to all their claims. Be smart and actually look up the studies before dismissing them as scammers. Countless other companies lie way more than MT. Guys like Cytodyne and So Cal are far worse, yet nobody notices. BOYCOTT those Arabian/Iraqi owned gas companies who are stealing our money when we have no other alternative supplier to turn to.
