 how long on nolvadex??

Just started nolvadex(20mg a day) 3 days ago for the first time.To those of you who have experience I was wondering how long I should stay on it,I have 30 20mg tabs.Im in the middle of a sust cycle right now & dont want to hinder my gains.I started taking it cause my nipples hace been really soft lately.Any help would be appreciated. hey dude you flamed the shit out me awhile ago, but i like nolvadex so i'll tell ya what i think you probably won't get as much water retention from your cycle than if you didn't the nolvadex at all, but the gains seem to be more quality i'd take one 20mg tab per day for the thirty days if you can get 10mg tabs, take one per day or two if you want for the whole cycle and then between cycles too personally, i just take them between cycles, but i'll probably start doing them more often because they do help eliminate some water when you're on IP: Logged |
