I was wondering if there is a recipe board on here where we can exchange different ways to make certain meals? Like chicken, beef, pasta, eggs, desserts (if there are any) because I am getting tired of eating the same stuff everyday. Would there be some under the Diet Board? IP: Logged |

Get all kinds of fruit, protein powder, milk and peanut butter(if you are bulking) and let the blender do the work. Its hot as hell where I am so heating up the kitchen just ain't my bag. IP: Logged |

Hells yeah I love throwing some strawberries and a banana in my protein shake. Tastes awesome and throw a few ice cubes in with the fruit and it's nice and thick like a real shake. IP: Logged |

So ryry, You are saying that you wouldn't like to get some new ways of making your meals? Way to spice 'em up a bit so they don't always taste the same. IP: Logged |
