My ass is fucking huge. I'm on a bulking cycle right now, so I'm thinking some of it is fat, (do men store fat in their asses like women?) but goddamn, this is bullshit. My legs develop very well when I train them super intense, and because of this and my ghetto booty, I'm only training legs every other rotation. BUT MY ASS CONTINUES TO SWELL LIKE A BALLOOOON!!!! This shit is fuckin' embarrassing man. I know it's a squatter's ass but I haven't been going below parrallel since this problem arose. I think I'll stop doing deadlifts too. Anyone have any tips on big ass reduction? Could it be from water retention or bloating from lactose? (I drink a gallon of 1% a day).

HELP!!! BEFORE I SPLIT THE SEAMS ON MY WORKPANTS!! (I'M NOT KIDDING!!!!)

stop doing squats completely instead replace sqats with hack squats.Maybe it's all that squatting that makes your ass huge. try doing hack squatting for 1 month and see how it goes..

actually frackal, there ain't nothing wrong with a ghetto booty. even the girls love it bro. they want a man with some junk in the trunk. unless of course its too big then you should consider getting your own zip code...hahaha

to be honest, i'm not really sure if my ass swells up during a bulk cycle. never bothered to measure it. my ass has always been kind of big and out there. i have noticed that when i cut up and do all that running that it is alot firmer. i'm pretty sure its just fat, it should go away when you cut up. if not, you could always enter a booty shaking contest...hehe

Anyways, stay away from the squat rack and try the hack squat for a while. The recruitment of the glutes should be minimized and focus should shift more on the quadricepts. I started having the same problem, but not on a cycle, so I layed off the squats and stuck to hack squats, wife seemed to like the big backend, but hey not me!!!

My ass gets a noticably bigger on my cycle, but not fat, its localized growth from the winny. Since your au natural I assume thats not the case. btw I prefer my ghetto booties only on a lady, and thats a good thing. mmmmmm gheeetoooo booottttyyy.

I hear you Frakel and i didn�t even need to squat to have a big ass, i�ve always had and don�t get me wrong i�ve never been fat... if i had more massive upper body it wouldn�t be a problem but since i�m not that big the proportions are really messed up... and my legs are too damn big too... 27" trunks for 16" arms for example... i remember when i first went to the squat rack (and i hadn�t been training for that long, perhaps 3 or 4 months...) i could easily do 220lbs for reps, and now, 1 year later, i can do 450lbs for reps, and i�m only 185lbs heavy and only bench 240lbs... awfull genetics i guess... i�m still to find the sport where this proportions are wanted...

Unless there is cheese pouring up and down the back of your legs, I say big and firm and round, Yeah! My hubby has THE NICEST back end, he can't dance but damn he's got the biggest butt I've ever seen on a white boy!..and that's the first thing that caught my eye in the gym. His nice round behind as he kept coming over to the water cooler for sips of water. MMMMMMMMMMMMMM.
