This is my regiment that I have been following for the past 3 years. 9 meals a day 7 meals include a chicken breast ,rice and beans, and a scoop of whey protein. 1 meal consists of steak with rice and beans and a scoop of whey protein 1 meal is a protein shake (mrp) right after my daily workout. Each meal is a solid 45 grams of protein with a minimum of 400 grams of protein a day. I usually snack on a bagel with a gang of cream cheese. IP: Logged |

Havoc, I don't know that I REALLY have a diet ... I just make sure that I eat my eggs, oatmeal, and cream of wheat in the AM, and also make sure that any starchy foods are eaten by lunch time. Then the rest of the day I have steak, chicken breast, salads, seafood, veggies, and I eat some fruit after I work out to stop the shakes cause of my blood sugar being so low. As long as my carlories are kept between 1700 and 1900 I am happy. And I have a "cheat day" on the weekend. IP: Logged |

3000cal. a day 350-400g of protein 200g of carbs max (taken in before 3pm) Dont keep track of my fats..but I supp alot with fish/flax oil, and take in mostly dairy fats. Gee, can you guess if Im dieting down or bulking up..heh..heh..heh.. Later, IP: Logged |

I have an extremelly fast metabolism and I currently eat arround 3500 calories or more. I eat 350 to 400 grams of carbs, 250 to 300 grams of protein and 60 grams of fat from EFA's. eating this way keeps me very lean and i never go more then a 5% bodyfat. I eat a totol of 7 times a day. IP: Logged |
