Here we go again.

1.5lbs lean ground beef
1.5lbs ground chicken breast or lean turkey
1.5lbs lean ground pork.
2eggs.
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (buy em in a box at the store)
1cup chopped pecans (toasted)

one large onion
bunch of chopped garlic
one large red bell pepper
2table spoons veggie oil

2tsp ground cumino
1tsp oregano
1tsp thyme
1tsp powdered corriander
1/8 cup cipotle chili (buy it in a can)
1/8 cup mezcal tequila
1tsp cinnamon
2tsp powdered bitter (non sweetened) chocolate
1/4 cup chopped cilantro.
salt and pepper, (maybe 1tablespoon each)

Chop up veggies and saute up with oil, once done, add everything togeter in a large bowl and mix really well.

Divide into two portions and make rectangular loaves, about 9"x 4"W x 3"h.
place in a big flat whatever with sides (they shit will start to ooze and run once it starts to cook). If you use a cookie sheet you gotta build a rim with foil. Spray pan with Pam so it won't stick.

Optionally, you can cover the surfaces of the loaves with some extra chopped pecans and about 1/2 cup raw sesame seeds.

Throw into preheated 400F oven, immediately turn down to 325. Cook for about 30-45 min or until the internal temp reaches 160F.

Let cool off before eating. Serve with steamed rice or a flour tortilla.

I'd guess a 1" slice is gonna be about 45gr protien with around 10 grams fat.
