I was annihilating my quads at the gym and this cheesedick guy wearing alligator skin sandals or some shit with sunglasses and nice khaki shorts and a fuckin weight belt (cell phone attached to the damn belt) proceeds to get on the bench press, not lifting shit of course, decides to pull his FUCKIN LAPTOP from his gymbag while hes on the bench and check his damn stock or some shit. Didnt even leave the fuckin bench, just sat there like he was in starbucks or some damn shit. Hes lucky it was saturday, cuz he would have got his ass sold back to him on a silver platter if it was busy.

there is a fat fucker at my gym that goes outside and smokes between sets. the other day, after doing like 50lbs on the peck deck, he proceeded to have some sort of boxing event with the pads, jumping around like he was Rocky or some shit. funny shit like that is the third reason I go to the gym. gett'n huge and hot bitches being the first two reasons.

Similar situation at the gym tonight...I really almost got in my first fight. i was waiting to use the calf raise (standing), and this chick is on it. Her male friend comes over and they start talking and shes hanging around on the machine not doing shit. So I am sitting there like "GET THE FUCK OFF" and shes just hanging around talking...and shes all like "god this machine is sooo hard" while she has 15 lbs on it!!!!! Is she fucking kidding me??????? Sorry...I just got back and my blood is still boiling.

In my gym a black dude beated the ass off the instructor because he was using a cell phone and the instructor doesn�t like that of course... They start talking shit to eichother, the black dude didn�t want to leave the cell phone outside and he headbutted the instructor, much much bigger than him...
