Well after lifting for going on six years now I finally reached my goal of weighing 220 at 9% body fat...(I started at 150) but, now I'm still not happy...250...I think so! That's what I love about lifting there's never an end. You can always be bigger and badder-x IP: Logged |

congrats on that bro. 220 is my goal weight. your right once i get to that I will prob. want more,more,more. I am at 165lbs 5'9 so I am a little piss ant, but i am on my way. ------------------ IP: Logged |

I'd like to be 245 by the time im 25, Im 208 right now and Im 18, but I have some fat to lose around the midsection and don't know how much of my weight is actually muscle IP: Logged |

Thats my goal also started at 150 now at 190 and starting cycle tomarrow hope to get to at least 210 but maybe 215,220. But I know when I get there that i will just want to get bigger. IP: Logged |

Im the exact opposite of you guys...I wanna cut down from 250 to about 230/225, I have good muscle mass, Im pretty strong, but after football is over, Id like to have a leaner physique, by the time Im done though, 240 might be nice because I should get stronger and more muscular ------------------ IP: Logged |
