WE all have our strongpoints as far as certain lifts are concerned and we all have bodyparts that are more impressive than others. What are some of your strongest lifts and bodyparts that stick out more than others, not that the other bodyparts are weak but which are more dominant. For example some of strongs lifts are:
Squats: 315 x 30 reps
Leg Presses: 1300 x 7 reps
Upright Rows: 185 x 8 reps
Anything Dealing with Triceps
Outstanding Bodyparts: Legs 32 inches on a 27 inch waist, 41 inch vertical, 4.3 40 yd dash.
Arms- 20 inches cold at a consistent 6-7 % bodyfat. Everything else is respectable as well but these are my bodyparts that stand out the most.

Damn bro, 315 for 30 on squats!!! Awesome.

For me...
Bench press: 365x5 reps, 405x2 reps
Incline Bench press: 315x4 reps
Squat(deep): 405x6 reps
Stiff legged deadlifts: 275x8 reps

I'm weak on most arm and dumbbell exercises.
When I played football in college(2 years ago) My 40yd dash times averaged around 4.5 and vertical leap was 36 in. I was a 6'0 185lb free safety. Now I am about 205-210.

my legs do the same damn thing...I could squat 405 for 10 reps before I even broke a 185lb bench in high school...my calves grow like shit they are 19inches untrained...-x

I am 240lbs at 5'10, 23 years old, All Natural (so far), Hey everyone please answer the questions regarding your lifts and bodyparts. What do people compliment you on the most.

My legs and lats are probably my best bodypart........I can squat 585 for 9 reps, 635 for 5.

It took me a while to get my bench up there (being a basketball player) but now I'm in the respectable low 400's.

I'm 24, 255 lbs, around 9-10% bf....

a respectable low 400 bench? Goddam your gym must kick ass...I can only hit 345 and everyone stares in awe...400 is more than respectable that's a shit load of hard work my man...half the mother fuckers who say they push 4+ are full of shit...I'm humbled-x

I know about the 400 bullshit club. For the longest time I was stuck at 385, and I actually asked 2Thick for some advice which helped me break through.

Havoc, what position did you play, a 4.3 40 yard dash is insane for those kind of strength numbers, its not that I dont belive you, but if you have decent size for your position and put up those numbers, how come you didnt have a full D-I scholarship? remember man, I am asking seriously, Im not being a dick

Snapper 55 , I did have a D1 scholarship, actually all my college is paid for. I got kicked out of my first college 1 week before my first game because of a particular incident. Also I played overseas for a few months, hated it and came back, money was good though, these days I just dont have any ambition for athletics, if you concentrate on one thing the other shit your trying to do decreases, an example is I am not going to concentrate on making a pro team because its going to fuck with my bodybuilding, I have tried it, just doesnt work, also my career is going well.

All I can say is...FUCK ALL YOU GUYS..

After my rotator cuff fuck up..Ive just got my bench back up a little over 300lbs....so lick me..all you 400lb fuckers..heh..heh..heh...

As for my squat...just set my personal best of 465lbs at 7 reps...maybe not impressive to many but Im dialing in at the moment at 208lbs. 10.8% bodyfat..at 5'8" tall.


Its about intensity to me...oh and as for my best bodyparts...anything but my chest..I hate it...major hardgainer there..my shoulders are freaky as hell though.

Man...screw all them 400lbs bench, 600lbs squat etc. A 4.3 40 at 240lbs is Damn Impressive. I don't think i have ever heard of anyone at that weight moving that fast, Havoc bro you need to play pro ball with numbers like that, forget college...there is no one in the NFL who can match those numbers.

Shit I don't pay attention to sprouts sometimes for no reason, but I never take advantage of it and I piss it away. The oddest strength I had was doing dips with 245 around my waist. People would stop and watch me. Don't know if anybody else does or did it but nobody else did at the time.

how in THE fuck did you get 245lbs around your waist...thats what i want to know. hehe.

ive done it with 2 45's around my waist but damn.

most impressive lift is probably skull crushers with 135 for reps. im just a little guy at 185 5 9, but my tris rock. cross striated even under fat. hehe.

calves are pretty damn strong too. never seem to find enough weight for em. just do reps now. many reps. ouch.

alright enough of my halfhearted bragging. since im a bitch on the bench and reworking my squat to get in the hole, only using 275 in the hole, used to do 405 the "old" way. hehe.
