My gym just got a ton more appex hammer strengh equipment i think there really good. i wouldn't say better than freeweights but dam close!what do you guys think

the iron bros aint gonna like this...but i love em. its not as good as free weights but it makes you lift correctly , which is almost as efficient.

I like them. I think any good program will combine free weights and machines. I like to use a higher rep range and really contract the muscle hard when I use the Hammer strength machines. I think it's pretty funny when guys pile tons of weight on them then walk around like they are strong. You can really boost your ego using them because you can use really heavy weights.

I love to fail on free weights then do machines. Machines let you hit the negative better, and less chance of injury when I am tired. Hammer machines are my favorite.
