I was just wondering if any dudes in their 30's or even 40's were here. Most seem to be teenagers. That's cool, but wanted to chat with a few dudes who at least remember the first space walk.

Oh damn, this is nice! Do any of you BabyBoomers find it harder to gain muscle, and lose tummy, now that you are old?

39 here. I think we need to start an old timers board. I have had good luck with test supplements. Are we too old to try gear for the first time?

Okay then, we'll make this our board exclusively. What's the first issue? Seriously. I'll go first. I've tried many supplements without a whole lot of success. Well, the DHEA is keeping me quite horny, but other than that, I don't think I'm benefitting a lot from the supplements. I've tried creatine, andro, glutimine (sp). The hydroxycut is making me lose weight, but not really ripping me up. I'm in 2nd week of MAX-OT program. Whatta ya think?

What pisses me off about getting older are my joints. I have noticed that you really have to watch them or tendonitis creeps in. Warming up takes a lot longer and stretching is a must for me. Glocosamine seems to work but ain't cheap. Oh the younger days!!!

aw geez, tell me about it. I find stretching lets me work out, but the pain afterwards (and long-term) is unreal.
One nice thing about being older is the muscle quality, though.

35 the 14th of June. I remember watching the space shit in 69. How about all the Vietnam shit on the news when we were little? I also remember gas at 29 cents and when musclecars were easy to find and cheap. Fuck getting old, it'll have to stop me cause I'm not stopping. Takes me longer to get going but I can still talk all the shit I can get away with.

Well injuries aside,
I'm bigger, badder, and meaner than ever.
I'm putting about 10 hours a week in the gym and growing! Without the use of AS - a couple people keep asking what I'm using but as of yet nothing. I'm tried of the one fuk at work telling everyone i'm juicing because he saw me reading this page.
I just got over some joint trouble - just worked thru it. I'm smarter now about what I do.
My future is looking bigger and brighter every day.

38...count me in on any old farts discussions.

Thiassi - tell the girl "You are as old as the girl you feel and its time I move on to something younger".

I remember watching jack lalanne on TV. He is 86 now and planning a swim from LA to the Catalina Islands. At the age of 60 he swam from Alcatraz to the Golden Gate bridge handcuffed ankle and wrist, towing a barge with 1000 LBS of sand.

I too get awfully stiff in the hips, legs and back. Lots of bad injuries. I have severe degenerative arhtitis of the spine. But the exercise helps alot. I am enjoying the muscle tone.

I am on some MD prescribed HGH and testo. But I want to do a SERIOUS cycle. like 1000 mg of sostanon, deca and winny.

Mighty Dog...bull testicles ...that would be "orchic extract". I remember that too. How about when Ginseng made the initial splash?

How about these two : 1) I remember when a guy named Dave Draper hawked muscle building courses in comic books. Anyone remember Dave Draper? 2) I ordered a Charles Atlas course when I was about 6 for something like 15 cents. I remember it made you swear you were over 18 years of age and was fearful of getting caught because I was only 6.

Back in the early 80's Weider came out with "Body Grow", made my piss real yellow and smell funny. I remember when "Hot Stuff" was still hot stuff, supliment buying made easy with "all in one" miracle formula. I don't know why it didn't make me as big as the guys who were selling it the magazines Just look at a muscle magazine today and see all the progress we made. Yeah, right.

42 in Aug when I hear people complain about the taste of protein and bars I laugh my ass off. Remember it stuff from the 70s. Did the Southern states in 79 or 80 I cant remember must be the $15 4 finger bags we used to get.

Hey DAve still at it!
I think he looks much better now.
Always looked soft to me before.
Check his site - well worth the look.
