Man, I goofed up bigtime on Monday with the diet. I ate 3 meal replacement bars (1 Yummy Meso-Tech and 2 yummy Premier 8 bars) The meso-tech had 25g protein, 44 carbs and 12 sugar. The Premier 8 bars had 45g protein, 8 carbs and 2 sugars. Later, I had a strawberry/Pineapple/Protein shake with 50G protein. When i got home I ate a PJB sandwich, then later a whopping serving of tuna/pasta casserole. Did I fuck up my diet that day or what? IP: Logged |

WATCH OUT FOR THOSE "YUMMY" BARS...THEY CAN BE TOO "YUMMY" AT TIMES..IN FACT THEY CAN BE SO "YUMMY" THAT PEOPLE THINK YOU WEAR PINK WORKOUT CLOTHES AND DONT SQUAT JSUT BECAUSE YOU WALK AROUND SAYING "YUMMY" ALL THE TIME.

HAHAHAH.......TRAINING IS MY JOB.ALL I DO IS EAT SLEEP AND TRAIN. Didn't wanna put my diet on cause I wasn't looking for any advice on it or anything. Just wanted to know how bad I fucked up on Monday. I'm sure many of us have had those kinda days. Right? All yummy protein bars and shakes! IP: Logged |
