this board is like crack cocaine for me, if I dont get my fix every single day, i go through withdrawal!! The information to be gained here is staggering. The only regret is that I didnt join 2 YEARS AGO! Fuck! I couldve been a mod with 3k posts by now and a total expert on gear, not to mention already have the body I want! Is there anyone else here that is on this board for 3 hours plus a day???? I really hope Im not alone

No shit, man. I check it before work and I put a computer on hotmail and one on EF at work and check as often as I can. I do what I have to do after work (after I check) and get back on before bed. I'm just glad I don't call my wife Dlady or FitnessChick.

I'm on here alot in the day too, especially since school is out. There is so much information to be gained that I crave it. I mean damn, if you need info you make a post and someone will reply to it pretty damn fast.

Yes I visit here a lot. However I get a chance to check it out at work. Not as much as Dlady27, but then again we are not all that lucky.
