Here is a question is it possible to overtrain while you are on juice? ------------------ IP: Logged |

Yes! Juice can sometimes give you a false sense of security when you train because your workouts can be less painful. When you are lifting heavier weights than normal, you have an increased risk of hurting joints, tendons, and pulling muscles. I would'nt train any bodypart more than twice per week, except maybe calves and abs. I only hit each bodypart once and abs 2-3 times. IP: Logged |

It is too easy to ignore pain from overtraining also. Blow out your pec benching and you will see what pain and bruising is all about! Be careful. IP: Logged |

I had a moderate pec blow out when I was 18, never touched juice either, chances increase when on juice as muscles grow, tendons remain same. IP: Logged |
