I take n-large 2 by prolab 50 grams of protein 750 cals(with milk)and about 100 carbs twice a day once after training 6pm and once before i go to bed depending if i am working or not 9pm or 3am. Not very long man, lets see 5 lbs lasts me like 2 weeks. so I would say close to a month probably less, it seems like I am always buying the shit, thats why I switched to proteinfactory.com releatively inexpensive and its 'supposed' to be a higher % of actual protein. No MRPs for me. I make my own shakes with Actisyn by Sportpharma, soy milk, and various fruit. When I'm bulking I add natural peanut butter to my banana shakes. Damn, that shit is good! IP: Logged |

I had figured I was a little under par when it came to slurpin down the shakes, my sched is pretty easy 1-First thing in the morning 2-around 10 or so 3- around 3 or so 4-(sometimes) 1hr before workout 5-after workout (always) Slopain IP: Logged |

4 with 2 cups of whole milk of this Dorian Yates protein. Then if i'm cutting met-rx pro 50 anabolic drive shit is a good source of vitamins, and 50 grams of metamyosin v-4 protein meal replacement. The shit actually tastes pretty good. ------------------ IP: Logged |

My current MRP of choice is Myoplex. 2.5 packs a day. I also consume about 70 grams of pure why protein (Nature's Best) as well as 2 Pure Protein bars...and with my regular meals of course of chicken, eggs, etc...Nasty shit but looking this good isn't easy. :-) In case you are wondering, yes, I move my bowels about 4 times a day to unload all of this protein! Slopain, I am with you! I drink 4-5 a day. Also from Protien Factory. You just can't beat their price. I mixed my own and used 35% soy. Read that it helps inhibit estrogen. It is not real tastey, so I mix it with a banana, milk, and a little SlimFast powder. (sometimes chocolate syrup) I got a little belender I can take to work with me. I also like N-large by Prolab, however I dont use the recommended amount of scoops, i usually use 2-3....4 scoops is the recommended dose- its about 500 & some calories....56 gm. protein....I usually do 3 a day.... IP: Logged |

3 a day. 1 protein shake in the morning w/breakfast. 1 Met-RX meal relacement (protein & carbs) right after my workouts 1 protein shake right before bed Sometimes I add eggs to these shakes, depends how much other protein I had that day. Pitbull
