I found out this week that one of my coworkers who I trained is leaving the company and going to work for the competion and getting a 30% raise, now mind you that's cool for him, but I have over 9 years of experience in my field and he has only three and half years of experience. My last raise was 4% of my annual income and thats the best anyone got in my company, so I'm starting my own service organization, chargeing $600 day plus expenses, airfare, rental cars, hotel, etc..$50 a day perdiem, and I'll still be less expensive then my current employer who charges $800 plus $50 an hour for travel plus all the above. I get NO OVERTIME EVER, and the labor board of California is sure to get a call next week from me. FUCK MY CURRENT EMPLOYER! I can hardly wait to drop the H bomb on their heads, as soon as I can get my articles of incorporation drawn up and registered in Nevada or the Caymans with offshore banking, I'm done. My coworkers are going with me too, so they are fucked three ways. Any one been there done that?? Man this is going to be good!!! Should triple my income in one year, work 10 to 15 days a month, vacation with my bankers in the Cayman's!!! Yeah Baby, who says revenge can't be sweet???

Thiassi, everyone in the world unless your from another universe or dimension has seen or used or owns or knows some one owns one of my companies products. I won't name names, but diamonds are forever...unless their fake. Seems like the one's I'm working for, sure are. Hint some where in there. Go fiqure... The only thing they don't make is dumb bells, except they seem to have a lot of them in management!!! Ha Ha Ha, the fuckers...

Good luck. Just remember that the grass is not always greener. Its never good to burn your bridges. I've owned several companies myself and there are alot of expenses that you must consider. Since you will have employees, don't forget about the workers comp, insurance, paid sick days, vacations etc. YOu'll also need some budget for advertising, phones, occupational lic...etc. Its not always wise to go after your business with the cheapest price. I always found that it was much wiser to offer the better product and service...price is seldom the issue.

Good luck

I work in the industrial machine tool industry, with some of the most exotic machine tools in the world, capable of cutting steel at over 500 ipm, so it's diffenately NOT Amfuckingway. Yeah I'll be hiring, but you need a degree in the technologies business or forget it. I have my two coworkers just waiting to see how serious I am. 10.6 nm, all the way baby, and 5KW+ it's serious business...One of these machines could blow your head off if you fuck up....Invisable, silent and deadly, just like a mighty protein fart Ha ha ha ha!!! E=Mc2, go figure... No BULLSHIT. By the way no employees after all, all partners on the board of directors, no workers comp, owner's don't qualify for it, vacation is their respocibilty, only a group health plan and 401k again off shore banking,Nevada corporation, no reporting of taxes to the state or the feds in fact no taxes with out a report no paper trail as it's all goes over sea's any way,and no reporting who the owners are to any one, no lawsuits, all nice and private and legal, that's why off shore banking and incorporated in Nevada are the way too go. I have been thinking of this for some time...Pretty good huh...Total privacy.

Are you that damn company that came in and blocked off the road to my marina to drill for oil? Now I have to drive all over the place to get to my boat.
It was just a guess, I know they use diamonds for the drill bits.
