two felony convictions for carrying a concealed weapon & assault with a deadly weapon. he may be facing 10 years in jail, but if he is convicted he probably won't face more than 17 months.


they were going to try to get him on attempted murder (for pointing an unloaded gun at someone and saying "im going to kill you") but because the gun wasn't loaded they didn't.

luckily he didn't do that in some states. in some states, even if the gun isn't loaded, and you do that they can arrest you for attempted murder, a class A felony. has a 30 year jail sentence.

that is pretty stupid too. in indiana, if eminem did that they would get him on an attempted murder rap even though the gun wasn't loaded. thats too much time for something so minor. he was just mad. i hope he gets a suspended sentence

One of the queers from ICP got busted too. Kind of funny cause Eminem was talking about how ICP ducked out of a club they were at on his new cd. I love it when he rips on them.
