Her chest already looks like a man's...muscular which is good...so start saving for the implants. When females drop bodyfat, the FIRST thing to go is your chest. Look at the magazines at the female BB or fitness chicks. Look at the ones without implants. They are flat as a board. If you are okay with that then so be it. What are you doing now in the way of work outs and what are you taking - supp's and soon on. I would say you have great potential and should be able to get great results. okay here is my advice....you are doing way too much cardio...in your picture you dont look to fat....your goal is to "tone up"---you need to build muscle...it will burn the fat....try weight training 3-4 days per week, with a spilt routine...by that i dont mean train your whole body 4 days per week, break it down to , say, chest & bi's, back, legs, & shoulders & tri's....that is up to you though, tthere are a million ways to split it up....anyway, your protein intake shouyld be 1.5-2 gms per pound of bodyweight...what is your daily calorie intake now....how often do you eat....you should be eating at least every 3 hours....keeps your metabolism up...let me know about how many cals you consume now... FC, I am lucy if I consume 1200 calories a day. I am trying so hard to eat more, but I just have that "disorder" to overcome fully. When I do have carbs it is usually on the weekend when I am w/ my bf. (out to eat) Here is how i have been for 2 weeks now, Up at 5:30am jog/walk for 30 mins, 1/2 hour later drink protein shake, at about 11am i eat fruit or veggie until 1pm, then lunch. For lunch i have a chicken breast or can of tuna, or a salad, or fish fillet. Oh, I also have every other day 2 eggs w/ turkey bacon for breakfast instead of the shake) Dinner is the problem, I rarley eat dinner, when I do I will have one of those breakfast steaks with a salad. I drink carbonated water all day and also take 2 Xenadrine with 1 Yohimbe every morning. IP: Logged |

FC, Starvation is what I call it, but there are other names. I just feel like the more I eat the fatter I am gonna get. It is all in my head I know, but honestly I make myself sick when I feel like I ate too much in a day. So to solve the problem I don't eat alot. If you can help me please just email me. Firstly, you look fine as is and I'm sure your BF thinks so too. You'll only look better by working out. Secondly, you deserve kudos for having the courage to post your picture. Finally, if you are just starting to work out with weights, you should notice some good toning if you keep your diet in check. I think a mistake that alot of females make is in lifting too light, thinking that heavy weights will make them "too big". I wish that were the case. Lift as heavy as you can in the 6-10 rep range and really push yourself. You said you are not into steroids, but are you into T3 and clen? They are not steroids but are drugs. Unless you really have to get where you want to be fast, I would stay away from them for now. You might want to up the dosage a bit on the ECA though. 2 seems pretty low. I'm not sure if you are not eating because you're not hungry, but the ECA will blunt your hunger a bit. Figure out how many calories you need and plan your meals accordingly, then stick to the diet. Convince yourself that you must take in everything in your diet to reach your goals. This should help alleviate the guilt associated with you "thinking" you are eating too much. hey...okay....have you seeked out any help for your problem....you are not alone---& it is a hard thing to beat by yourself....did you ever hear of Jennifer Goodwin....she is a fitness model who was anorexic....she overcame her problem...she was at one time 89 lbs...she is beautiful, muscular, & healthy now....look her up on your search engine, she may be an inspiration to you....my advice is to seek out counseling to help you through this....as for your training & diet...cut back your cardio asap....you dont consume enough calories to do that much cardio...up your weight training to 3-4 days per week & try to increase your daily calorie intake...i know its hard, but its the best thing for you....based on the list of food you gave me, i know you dont get enough protein, but try wholeheartedly to increase it....good luck....read the advice in the above posts from me & you should have a base idea as to what to do.. Dlady, You really need to up your calories try more complex carbs during the week, that will give your body a caloric buffer to put on more muscle, your not overweight you just need to put on muscle and that will raise your resting base metabolic rate which will cause you to burn more calories which in turn will help you burn fat. That isn�t going to happen on 1200 calories a day what is going happen is your going to continue to catabolize whatever muscle you have and lose weight you will look the same as you do now only to 3/4 scale ------------------ IP: Logged |

Cut the cardio. do 8-15 reps on exercise 8-10 on compound 10-15 on isolation movements. Try the whole body 2 times a week. You probably don't need the eca's (xenedrine). try eating 6 small meals a day. train hard. I didn't really read the other posts but you are very attractive. With a little muscle and loss some bodyfat! WHOA First you should definitley implement some cardio into your schedule. I'm thinking 3 or maybe even 4 times a week. The best time for cardio is right after you wake up on an empty stomach, this really gets the metabolism going and you'll start burning fats. I'm not a pro at dieting but I know if you really want to trim up stay away from dairy and starchy foods (breads). I don't know much about dieting for ladies so, sorry Now for lifting, you should be going to the gym 4 times a week to lift. If possible do this during the evening like after work? or whenever you feel you're most pumped. High reps low weight (i don't care what anybody says) doesn't do shit. Lift heavy, sticking in the 8-12 rep range. The only way you will grow to be like a burly fitness lady is if you are on gear, or follow a diet Like Ronnie Coleman. Up your carbs, rice, potatoes, pasta, oatmeal. Cardio before breakfast and at least 3x a week. But implement weight training too. If you don't want be muscular go for higher reps.
