you mean 10" difference in chest/waist? The most I have seen is 8" in Macy's/Filenes/Lord and Taylor. Maybe a Big and Tall store? Can't you find two suits in the store, one with small jacket but right pants and another with right jacket but big pants and just switch em out?

Same problem bro, except unless custom they won't fit off the rack like they used to, it can't be the juice and all that protein and lifting ya think? Shit I never dreamed it would really require a new rack of suits, shit that's getting expensive, damn. Gonna hit at least 155+ and at 5'4" when I show up in the office someone is gonna notice...and the rumor's will start up...Fuck'em. It's really getting obvious, I hate not being square with my buddy who told me to stop, even though he was a REAL hard core roid user when he got out of high school, but he weighed like 98 pounds and was literally 6'2" or more, he spent a year in the hospital from amaeboic(sp?) disentary he picked up oversea's, his roid use was medically approved at the time. He almost died from that fucking parasite, he lost a couple of feet of intestines from it. I can't say the same for my use.

I guess that I may be stuck with getting a custom fitted one. I wear a 48 jacket and a 34 pant. No one will switch out the pants and jacket. I have tried the mens warehouse and they could sell me a suit for $290, then charge me $140 to recut it. What a waste of cash.

Just get one tailored. It might be expensive, but nothing looks better than a suit that's built to fit!

2 options. One is to just stick with sportcoats and find some decent slacks, or you can try this place...
